Process
- 01Desk research and problem framing for freelance financial workflows.
- 02User journeys for invoicing, tracking, and monthly overview.
- 03Wireframes to UI — anime-inspired visual direction for differentiation.
- 04Usability-focused flows for NF emission and expense tracking.

Product Designer
M7 XP UX Program · 2025
- —End-to-end product case study focused on freelancers: discovery, user interviews, pain point mapping, personas, user journey, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
- —Based on interviews conducted with freelancers, the proposed design points to a significant reduction in time spent on issuing invoices, financial management, and project organization—a qualitative projection backed by research data.
Moodboard

Semantic board (Moodboard) created to guide FreelaFin's visual direction. It brings together references to finance, personal organization, professional flexibility, and the modern contrast between corporate minimalism and entrepreneurial energy.
Typography

High-impact typographic selection. We used the classic and sophisticated ITC New Baskerville font for headers and project showcases, paired with Manrope for main titles, and the versatility of Inter for the body text and labels to ensure maximum legibility.
Color Palette

Chromatic palette focused on credibility and energy. The dark background tones (#0a192a and #1b2838) ensure sobriety and excellent contrast for night reading, while the vibrant green accents (#39ff14) offer an immediate sense of net profit, liquidity, and positive cash feedback.
Simple Personas

Definition of simple personas to align the interface with real pain points. Lucas Souza (a 28-year-old freelance designer) seeks quick control and financial predictability for the weekend, while Fernanda Ferreira (a 34-year-old developer operating under MEI) needs security and speed when issuing invoices without friction.
Mockups

Presentation mockup showcasing the application in a real-world environment. The contemporary look with soft gradients and bright green highlights stands out professionally on mobile screens.
Low-Fidelity Wireframes

Structural low-fidelity wireframes for initial screen layout mapping. Focused on validating the information architecture for the invoicing flow and a fast visual projection of net balance, ensuring users find essential tools in just a few taps.
High-Fidelity Wireframes

Final high-fidelity interface. Screens demonstrating the seamless onboarding bank connection (Open Finance), a clean overview of profits and expenses, MEI invoicing controls, and automated insights generated by artificial intelligence for tax management.
